Find and swap in your city

AdlaBadla is a swap and barter marketplace for people who want to trade items in their own city. You list what you already own, say what you want instead, and match with someone nearby. It is built for phones, bikes, furniture, laptops, bridal wear, and the ordinary household things that still have a next owner.

A barter here is not a government trade deal and it is not a shop price list. You are exchanging with another person. If your phone is worth more than their sofa, you can agree a small cash difference between you. AdlaBadla does not hold that money. The website is the place to list, match, and chat. The handover happens in person.

The path is short. Create a free listing with photos and your city. Browse products or use Smart Match when someone wants what you have and has what you want. Talk on the website. Choose a busy public place such as a mall, a bank lobby, or a cafe counter. Meet in daylight when you can, and tell a friend where you are going. When both of you mark the deal done, contact details can appear. Until then, keep your phone number out of the chat.

Listing is free. The first 100 users pay 0 percent commission on swaps. You can add an optional boost later if you want more people to see a listing, and you can skip it. The same account works in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, and Sialkot, plus other cities in Pakistan.

Bring a clear photo, an honest note about condition, and a realistic idea of what you will accept. For a phone, show that it is PTA approved and let the other person see the IMEI before you travel. For a bike, talk about papers and the engine before the meetup. For furniture, say the size and whether it needs a pickup. A good swap is two people who both leave with something they wanted.

If you are new, start with one item you no longer use. Read how a swap works, look through the guides, and open the product list for your city. AdlaBadla is the place to find and swap in your city without turning every spare item into a classified ad.
